目前来看,企业对数控人才的要求越来越高,不仅要求其会基本的数控操作、数控编程,同时也要求其具有较高的数控调试、维修和维护水平。而在实际数控维护教学中常会因设备有限而不能使每一个学生都能更好满足上述需求,虚拟数控机床的出现在一定程度上能更好满足实际需求。而要想使虚拟数控技术更好的应用在数控维修教学中,还需要对虚拟数控技术相关内容进行相应分析。文中主要从虚拟数控机床教学概况、功能及基于虚拟数控机床的数控维修教学等方面出发,对虚拟数控机床在数控维修教学中的应用进行分析。
Nowadays, the demand for numerical control talents in enterprises is getting higher and higher, which not only requires basic numerical control operation and numerical control programming but also requires higher CNC commissioning, maintenance and maintenance. However, due to the limited equipment in actual NC maintenance teaching, each student can not meet the above requirements better. The appearance of virtual CNC machine tools can meet the actual needs to a certain extent. In order to make the application of virtual numerical control technology better in CNC maintenance teaching, the relevant contents of virtual CNC technology also need to be analyzed accordingly. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the teaching situation and functions of virtual CNC machine tools and CNC maintenance teaching based on virtual CNC machine tools, and then analyzes the application of virtual CNC machine tools in CNC maintenance teaching.
