采用最优试验设计方法 ,建立了烧结合理配矿的统计模型 ,对该模型进行单因素分析 ,可以解析各矿种对烧结矿产量和质量的影响 ;运用最优化理论在烧结统计性模型上寻优 ,得出了获得最佳烧结指标值时的各种矿的定量搭配关系。模型较正确地反映了各种矿不同搭配后烧结的规律性。研究得出 :将 D精矿用于烧结 ,将 A精矿用于球团配矿 ,可使鞍钢铁矿资源实现合理配置。
The optimum experimental design method was used to establish a statistical model of the ore-dressing ration. The univariate analysis of the model can be used to analyze the influence of each ore on the yield and quality of the sinter. Using the optimization theory, the statistical model of the sinter is searched Excellent, obtained the best sintering index value of various minerals with the quantitative relationship. The model more correctly reflects the regularity of various types of ore after sintering.
