采用PLC集成控制技术实现遮阳调控系统智能化.通过各种传感器实时自动检测光强、温度以及风力等变化,利用数学模型和建筑阴影模型,经多参量数据分析计算出合理的遮阳板角度,控制驱动电动机,统一调节建筑的室外遮阳板.利用PLC控制与遮阳板相结合,不仅可以有效减少建筑物供暖成本和空调的冷负荷,而且还可以最大限度地扩大建筑的自然采光.遮阳板的PLC控制系统可以在建筑节能领域发挥重要作用.
Adopt PLC integrated control technology to realize the sunshade control system intelligentized.A variety of sensors are used to automatically detect the changes of light intensity, temperature and wind force in real time.Using mathematic model and building shadow model, the reasonable sunshade angle is calculated by multi-parameter data analysis, Drive motor, unified adjustment of the building’s outdoor sun visor.Using PLC control and sun visor combination, not only can effectively reduce the building heating costs and air conditioning cooling load, but also can maximize the natural lighting of the building. Control systems can play an important role in building energy efficiency.
