目的观察不同温度的造影剂粘度对冠心病患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法 60例接受冠状动脉造影(冠脉造影,CAG)检查患者,随机分为20℃碘海醇组与37℃碘海醇组,各30例。于冠脉造影检查前、后采集桡动脉血液进行血流变学指标检测,观察影响效果。结果与20℃碘海醇组相比,37℃碘海醇组患者血浆粘度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。37℃碘海醇组患者血流变学指标中高切和低切、红细胞压积等与冠脉造影前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温度升高降低造影剂粘度,可以降低血液粘稠度,使造影剂容易扩散,异物团在冠状动脉中不易形成,进而减少冠状动脉微循环障碍的发生,同时低粘度造影剂的选择可以减少冠状动脉介入治疗引起的不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of contrast agent viscosity at different temperatures on the hemorheological parameters in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) were randomly divided into 20 cases of iohexol group and 37 cases of iohexol group, with 30 cases in each group. Before coronary angiography, after collecting radial artery blood hemorheology index detection, the impact of observation. Results Compared with 20% iohexol group, the plasma viscosity of iohexol group at 37 ℃ decreased significantly (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the hemorheology indexes of high-cut and low-cut, hematocrit in 37 ℃ iohexol group before and after coronary angiography (P> 0.05). Conclusions The increase of temperature can reduce the viscosity of contrast medium, reduce the blood viscosity, make the contrast agent easy to diffuse, the formation of foreign bodies in the coronary artery is hard to be formed, thus reducing the incidence of microcirculation of coronary artery. At the same time, the choice of low viscosity contrast medium can be reduced Adverse reactions caused by coronary intervention.
