目的:探讨阿的平对高功率微波辐射小鼠肺组织的保护作用。方法:130只BALB/c小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、辐射对照组、阿的平低剂量组(12.6 mg/kg)、阿的平高剂量组(50.4 mg/kg)。辐射对照组小鼠灌胃给予注射用水20 ml/kg,两阿的平组分别灌胃给予不同剂量阿的平,1 h后用50 mW/cm~2的微波照射30 min。正常组于实验7 d,其余3组于照射后即刻、1 d、2 d、7 d处死小鼠取肺脏,HE染色,观察肺组织形态学变化;Westernblot检测肺组织中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达的变化。结果:50 mW/cm~2微波照射30 min后,辐射对照组出现肺组织内瘀血现象,肺泡上皮细胞脱落,肺泡间隔变薄、断裂,支气管充血,直至照射后7 d。阿的平给药组肺间隔断裂减少,组织淤血现象减轻,照射后2 d组织形态的改善最为显著,尤以高剂量组保护作用更明显。从微波照射后即刻,辐射对照组和阿的平组的小鼠肺中HSP70表达开始升高,直至7 d。阿的平给药组与辐射对照组相比HSP70表达明显上调,尤以阿的平高剂量组上调明显,但两阿的平给药组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:阿的平能上调高功率微波辐射后小鼠的HSP70蛋白表达水平,减轻辐射后小鼠肺组织的病理损伤,对微波辐射小鼠的肺组织有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Alpine on the lung tissue of mice exposed to high power microwave radiation. Methods: One hundred and thirty BALB / c mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, radiation control group, low dose of alpine (12.6 mg / kg), and high dose of alprazolam (50.4 mg / kg). Radiation control mice were given intragastric administration of 20 ml / kg water for injection. The two groups were intragastrically administered with different doses of aplopidine and irradiated with 50 mW / cm ~ 2 microwave for 30 min after 1 h. The mice in the other three groups were sacrificed on day 7, day 1, day 2 and day 7 respectively. HE staining was performed to observe the morphological changes of lung tissue. Western blot was used to detect the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) ) Changes in expression. Results: After irradiated with 50 mW / cm ~ 2 microwave for 30 min, there was stasis in lung tissue, alveolar epithelial cells shedding, alveolar septum thinning, rupture and bronchial hyperemia in irradiated control group until 7 d after irradiation. A flat dose group decreased pulmonary septal fracture, tissue congestion alleviate the phenomenon of 2 d after irradiation the most obvious improvement in tissue morphology, especially in the high-dose group more obvious protective effect. Immediately after microwave irradiation, the expression of HSP70 began to increase in the lungs of mice irradiated with the radiation control group and the amlodipine group until 7 days. Compared with the radiation control group, the expression level of HSP70 in A tablet group was significantly higher than that in the radiation control group, especially in the Alkaline high dose group. However, there was no significant difference between the two tablet groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Avastin can up-regulate the expression of HSP70 protein in mice after high-power microwave radiation and reduce the pathological damage of lung tissue in mice after radiation, which has certain protective effect on the lung tissue of mice exposed to microwave radiation.
