Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of computer-assisted non-vascularized iliac bone reconstruction on mandibular defects. Methods: Twenty patients (group A) with mandibular defects repaired and reconstructed using computer assisted surgical techniques were collected. Twenty patients underwent reconstruction and reconstruction with conventional surgery (group B). Comparing A, B two groups of operation time, postoperative surface satisfaction and postoperative complication rate. Results: The operation was completed successfully in all patients. The operation time in group A (66.09 ± 13.91) min was significantly shorter than that in group B (104.70 ± 18.72) min (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate in group A was 90% 80% (P> 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 20.0%, which was significantly lower than that in group B (50.0%). Conclusion: The use of non-vascularized iliac bone to repair mandibular defects using computerized surgical techniques can shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications.
