如何对航空发动机失速和喘振这两类气动失稳进行测量、变换,以便对气动失稳进行控制,确保发动机安全和性能是当前国内外航空界的一项重要研究内容。以涡扇发动机为研究对象,在对整机与压气机部件失速和喘振现象深入研究的基础上,以DSP为核心,研制出气动失稳预警系统。在APTD专项试验中的应用表明:该系统具有实时性强、可靠性高和动态性能好的特点。在飞机、发动机与压气机部件试验以及燃机气动失稳预报和控制等工程应用中,具有广阔的应用前景。
How to measure and change aerodynamic instability of both aeroengine stall and surge in order to control aerodynamic instability and ensure the safety and performance of the engine is an important research topic in the aviation community at home and abroad. Taking the turbofan engine as the research object, based on the deep research on the stall and surge phenomenon of the whole machine and the compressor components, the aerodynamic instability warning system was developed with DSP as the core. The application in the special test of APTD shows that the system has the characteristics of real-time, high reliability and good dynamic performance. In aircraft, engine and compressor components test and gas turbine instability prediction and control engineering applications, has broad application prospects.
