应对高校网络舆论事件,可从大学生需求结构出发,建立需求导向的高校新闻宣传动态全过程管理机制。应尊重大学生的主体地位,采用平等交流途径,促成高校与大学生之间的理解与信任。应整合传统媒体和新媒体在舆论引导中的差异优势,搭建起立体互补的平台,实现对舆论的引导。
In order to deal with the public opinion events in colleges and universities, we can set up a demand-oriented dynamic whole process management mechanism of university news from the demand structure of college students. We should respect the dominant position of college students and adopt an equal exchange approach to promote the understanding and trust between universities and students. The differences between traditional media and new media in guiding public opinion should be integrated and a three-dimensional and complementary platform should be established to guide public opinion.
