为了探讨不同类型居住社区老年人活动空间特征及生活服务设施配置的差异,以老年人活动分布热力特征为依据对居住社区进行分类,并基于改进的潜能模型,提出了一种考虑老年人主观活动需求的生活服务设施可达性评价方法.研究将老年人活动空间分成面状、点状及散状分布3类,发现活动空间特征与生活服务设施可达性之间存在显著的对应关系.在设施可达性最高的面状分布社区中,老年人活动强度随距离增加而衰减最快,点状社区其次,散状社区由于设施可达性最差故存在着较高比例的中远距离出行情况.对于不同类型的社区应有针对性地提出老龄化背景下的交通系统服务策略,以实现老年人活动需求与社区服务设施配置的高度契合.
In order to explore the differences in the spatial characteristics of living space and living facilities in different types of residential communities, the residential communities were classified based on the thermal characteristics of the activities of the elderly.
