目的探究胎儿生长受限对学龄期儿童智力结构和行为发育的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2014年12月衢州市人民医院儿科收治的胎儿生长受限的学龄期儿童50例为观察组。选择同期间正常儿童50名为对照组。采用韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)、视听整合持续操作测试(IVA-CPT)、儿童感觉统合能力发展量表对儿童智力及行为发育情况进行评估。结果观察组图片排列、编码、操作智商、知觉组织因子、记忆/注意因子得分低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组综合注意商数、视觉注意商数、听觉注意商数、视觉速度商数得分低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组视觉空间和形态感觉障碍、重力不安全症、对压力挫折敏感、感觉综合功能整体评估得分均低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胎儿生长受限的儿童总体智力正常,但存在智力发育不均衡现象,且患儿存在一定程度的反应控制力和综合注意力以及感觉统合功能的损害。
Objective To investigate the effect of fetal growth restriction on the mental structure and behavior of school-age children. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 50 children of school-age children with fetal growth restriction admitted to Pediatrics Department of Quzhou People’s Hospital were selected as the observation group. Select the same period during the normal 50 children as the control group. Children’s mental and behavioral development were assessed using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (C-WISC), IVA-CPT, and Childhood Incapacitance Development Scale. Results The scores of arrangement, coding, operation IQ, perceived tissue factor and memory / attention factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). The scores of comprehensive attention quotient, visual attention quotient, auditory attention quotient and visual quotient of quotient in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). The visual acuity and morphological disturbance, gravity insensitivity and sensitivity to stress and frustration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusions Children with limited fetal growth generally have normal intelligence, but there is an imbalance of mental development. Children have some degree of reaction control, comprehensive attention and impairment of sensory integration.
