0引言热真空试验箱是在地面上模拟太空环境的环境模拟试验设备。近几年来,热真空试验设备在航天航空业产品的研制和定型中发挥了重要作用。热真空试验箱由于结构复杂,在运行中有时会出现一些异常现象,如果不能及时排除,将延长试验周期,影响产品的研制工作。为此,我们对试验箱的基本工作原理作一些简要阐述,并介绍如何对热真空试验箱的一般故障进行分析判断和排除。
0 Introduction The thermal vacuum chamber is an environmental simulation test facility that simulates the space environment on the ground. In recent years, thermal vacuum test equipment has played an important role in the development and finalization of aerospace products. Due to the complicated structure of the thermal vacuum chamber, some abnormal phenomena sometimes occur during operation. If not eliminated in time, the test period will be prolonged and the development of the product will be affected. For this reason, we make a brief exposition of the basic working principle of the test chamber, and introduce how to analyze and determine the general failure of the thermal vacuum chamber.
