目的调查患者的满意度,并分析其影响因素,为改善成都市社区卫生服务质量提供依据。方法针对成都市五大城区的14家社区医院分层随机抽样,实地问卷调查。结果成都市社区就诊患者对社区卫生服务的总体满意度为81.97%,其中设备条件、医生技能、疫苗接种的满意度较低,满意度的主要影响因素有年龄和性别。结论患者对社区卫生服务总体比较满意,尤其是对医护的服务态度。社区卫生服务中心应加强宣传,提高民众对其功能的知晓率,提高医护人员水平,保证老年人群的卫生保健质量。政府应加大投入,落实相关政策法规。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of patients and analyze the influencing factors so as to provide evidences for improving community health service in Chengdu. Methods A total of 14 community hospitals in five major metropolitan areas in Chengdu were stratified by random sampling and field survey. Results The overall satisfaction rate of community health service was 81.97%. The satisfaction of equipment skills, doctor skills and vaccination was low. The main factors of satisfaction were age and sex. Conclusion The patients are generally satisfied with the community health service, especially the attitude towards medical care. Community health service centers should step up publicity to raise people’s awareness of their functions, raise the level of medical staff and ensure the quality of health care for the elderly. The government should increase investment and implement the relevant policies and regulations.
