防水黏结层是桥面铺装结构中的薄弱层,环氧沥青以其优良的黏结、抗刺穿和防水性能在桥面防水黏结层中逐渐得到广泛应用。为了研究环氧沥青的防水黏结性能,试验研究了不同温度时环氧沥青防水黏结材料的力学性能和微观结构,并与SBS改性沥青进行对比。结果表明,SBS改性沥青最佳用量为2.0kg/m2,环氧沥青防水黏结材料最佳用量为1.0kg/m2,与SBS改性沥青相比,环氧沥青防水黏结材料具有良好的抗剪切破坏及层间黏结能力。
Waterproof adhesive layer is a weak layer in the deck pavement structure. Epoxy asphalt has been widely used in the water-proof adhesive layer of bridge deck due to its excellent bonding, puncture resistance and water resistance. In order to study the waterproof bonding performance of epoxy asphalt, the mechanical properties and microstructure of epoxy asphalt waterproof bonding material at different temperatures were studied and compared with SBS modified asphalt.
