建立抓斗起重机在起升过程中的振动微分方程组,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS的瞬态动力学分析模块对抓斗起重机小车位于主梁跨中、吊重突然离地这一过程进行动态特性分析,得出主梁在起升冲击载荷作用下,跨中节点的位移时间历程响应以及在该过程中主梁产生的最大动应力,为抓斗起重机动载荷的修正提供了理论基础及仿真数据。
The differential equations of vibration of grab crane during the process of hoisting are established. By using the transient dynamics analysis module of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the dynamic characteristics of the process of grab crane located in the span of main girder, The results show that the response of the displacement time of the mid-span node and the maximum dynamic stress produced by the main girder during the lifting impact load of the main girder provide the theoretical basis and simulation data for the correction of the moving load of the grab crane .
