目的:研究氯冉酸荷移分光光度法测定阿替洛尔片的含量。方法:在乙醇介质中,阿替洛尔与氯冉酸室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移络合物,在最大吸收波长530nm处测定络合物的吸光度。结果:阿替洛尔药物质量浓度在10~280mg·L-1范围内服从比耳定律,相关系数为0.9999。RSD为0.48%(n=6),回收率为98.8%~102.1%。结论:本法准确、简便、快捷,可用于测定阿替洛尔片的含量。
Objective: To study the content of atenolol tablets by spectrophotometry with chlororan acid shift. METHODS: A stable 1: 1 charge-transfer complex was obtained under atropine at room temperature with atenolol and chloraranic acid in ethanol medium. The absorbance of the complex was measured at a maximum absorption wavelength of 530 nm. Results: The concentration of atenolol in the range of 10 ~ 280 mg · L-1 obeys Beer’s law with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The RSD was 0.48% (n = 6) and the recovery was 98.8% ~ 102.1%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple and quick, and can be used to determine the content of atenolol tablets.
