【目的】探讨Asperger综合征的家庭辅导,为有效治疗提供参考依据。【方法】在对32例Asperger综合征患儿的发育、行为、交往模式、兴趣、特点等做出全面评估的基础上,采用家庭辅导的形式,主要给予患儿家庭心理支持和训练指导。以功能分析为前提,因势利导地个体化干预患儿的非适应性行为,训练社会意识和交往技能,培养语言实用性能力,并可结合感觉统合训练等。【结果】32例患儿经过家庭辅导后情绪稳定、遵守纪律、社会交往和语言实用性改善、运动协调性增加、学业有进步。【结论】Asperger综合征需要建立一套个体化的家庭辅导方案,促使患儿不断进步。
【Objective】 To investigate family counseling of Asperger syndrome and provide reference for effective treatment. 【Methods】 On the basis of comprehensive assessment of 32 children with Asperger syndrome in their development, behavior, communication patterns, interests, features and so on, the family counseling was used to give psychological support and training guidance to children. To functional analysis as a precondition, the best use of individual intervention in children with non-adaptive behavior, training social awareness and social skills, training language practical ability, combined with sensory integration training. 【Results】 32 cases of children with emotional stability, discipline, social interaction and language practicality improved after family counseling, exercise coordination increased, academic progress. [Conclusion] Asperger syndrome needs to establish a set of personalized home counseling programs to promote the progress of children.
