目的:研究步长脑心通对中动脉局灶性栓塞模型大鼠血浆及下丘脑组织血管活性肠肽的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法测定VIP浓度。结果:脑心通可以升高缺血早期血浆VIP水平,但降低缺血晚期下丘脑组织VIP浓度。结论:在中风早期和晚期,脑心通调节VIP的机制不同。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong on vasoactive intestinal peptide in plasma and hypothalamus of middle cerebral artery occlusion model rats. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the VIP concentration. RESULTS: Naoxintong could increase the plasma VIP level in early ischemic phase, but it decreased the VIP concentration in hypothalamus during the late phase of ischemia. Conclusion: In the early and late stages of stroke, the mechanism of brain-to-cardiac regulation of VIP is different.
