为获得能够合理表征中国干线铁路轨道不平顺特征的轨道谱,提出了一种轨道谱拟合方法。根据轨道不平顺检测数据计算实测轨道谱,对实测轨道谱进行平滑与插值预处理,采用直接剔除法、三点逐段平均法和包络平均法消除计算轨道谱波形上出现的较大凸凹波形,应用3次样条插值法提高拟合的精度,利用非线性最小二乘优化算法拟合轨道谱。拟合结果表明:所提出的拟合方法是可行的,拟合谱能够较好地反映中国干线铁路轨道的不平顺特征。
In order to obtain the orbital spectrum that can reasonably characterize the irregularities of the railway tracks in China, a method of orbit spectrum fitting is proposed. Calculate the measured orbit spectrum according to the track irregularity detection data, smooth and interpolate the measured orbit spectrum by using the direct culling method, the three-point piecewise mean method and the envelope average method to eliminate the large convex-concave waveforms that appear on the orbital spectrum waveform , The cubic spline interpolation method is used to improve the fitting accuracy, and the nonlinear least squares optimization algorithm is used to fit the orbital spectrum. The fitting results show that the proposed fitting method is feasible, and the fitting spectrum can well reflect the irregularities of the railway tracks in China.
