2Cr13钢属于马氏体类不锈耐热钢,由于具有良好的耐腐蚀性、热强性、可焊接性和高的减振性,广泛用于国防和阀门行业.1994年钢管分厂承接了为杨州阀门厂生产2Cr13钢管Φ60mm ×8mm合同,按技术协议CIJ6—94组织生产,根据分厂现有设备状况及孔型系列,只能走冷拔工艺,工艺路线为:来料管Φ80mm×9.5mm→Φ74mm×9mm→Φ68mm×8.5mm→Φ60mm×8mm成品管.从该工艺路线可以看出,从荒管到成品管需经三道冷拔道次的工艺生产,金属损耗大,冷加工道次多,生产周期长.另外,该钢管由于属马氏体不锈钢管,强度高、塑性差,冷加工变形抗力大,采用冷拔工艺易产生钢管纵裂问题,从而使金属损耗进一步增
