论述低逸出功可印刷型场致发射显示系统的工作原理,介绍了数字视频图像的转换和处理、视频数据的传输、列灰度驱动集成HV632PG和行集成驱动器STV7697芯片的接口电路以及FPGA控制技术等。研制出了彩色FED显示器样机,首次用于大屏幕低逸出功型印刷式场致发射显示器,能显示彩色视频图像。样机亮度已达200 cd/m2、对比度达600:1,显示分辨率为480×240,电路灰度等级达256级,有效显示对角线尺寸为25 in。
This paper discusses the working principle of a low-power printed-type field emission display system, introduces the conversion and processing of digital video images, the transmission of video data, the interface gray-scale driving HV632PG and STV7697 integrated driver circuit and FPGA control Technology and so on. Developed a prototype color FED display prototype, for the first time for large-screen low-power-type printed field emission display, can display color video images. The prototype brightness has reached 200 cd / m2, contrast ratio of 600: 1, the display resolution of 480 × 240, the circuit gray scale of 256, the effective display diagonal size of 25 in.
