目的:监测食用新标准碘盐后承德市11个县(区)8~10岁学生尿碘水平,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供依据。方法:全市11个县(区)按东、西、南、北、中分别抽取l所小学,每所小学采集学生尿样40份,进行尿碘含量检测及数据分析。结果:检测尿样2 248份,尿碘中位数为217.4μg/L,各县(区)中位数范围在154.8~239.3μg/L之间。结论:全市8个县(区)儿童尿碘水平达到了适宜量水平,3个县(区)稍高于适宜量水平。食用新标准碘盐后,我市儿童尿碘水平已经降至接近适宜量。
Objective: To monitor the level of urinary iodine in students of 8 ~ 10 years old in 11 counties (districts) of Chengde City after consuming the new standard iodized salt, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods: The eleven counties (districts) of the city were divided into 1 primary schools according to the east, west, south, north and south. Each primary school collected 40 students’ urine samples for urine iodine detection and data analysis. Results: A total of 2 248 urine samples were collected. The median urinary iodine was 217.4 μg / L, and the median range of each county ranged from 154.8 to 239.3 μg / L. Conclusion: The urinary iodine level of children in 8 counties (districts) in the whole city reached the appropriate level, which was slightly higher than the suitable level in 3 counties (districts). After eating a new standard iodized salt, urinary iodine levels in our city have dropped to near the appropriate amount.
