人的一生有1/3的时间就是在睡眠中度过的,要想睡眠好,除了情绪要放松,周围环境要安静,卧室空气要流通,晚餐不能过饱或过饥外,容易被人们忽视的是睡觉姿势。对于病人来说,睡觉姿势尤为重要。如果睡眠的姿势不当,轻者可以出现腰酸、背痛、失眠多梦、心慌,胸闷,呼吸困难等症状;重者可使病情加重,甚至有生命危险。人的心脏位置偏左侧,因此,健康人最好不要采取左侧位。仰卧位睡眠时,手也不要置于胸前,这样可以避免心脏受压
