目的:建立阳离子交换树脂纯化钩藤总生物碱的工艺。方法:以钩藤总生物碱为研究指标,考察离子交换树脂分离钩藤总生物碱的工艺条件。结果:选择732型阳离子交换树脂,以1 mL.min-1的流速上样,分别用10 BV水,6 BV 80%乙醇洗脱除杂,最后选用1%氨性80%乙醇洗脱得到钩藤总生物碱,含量达到50%。结论:该方法工艺较简单,总碱含量较高,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To establish a process for purifying Uncaria rhynchophylla total alkaloids with cation exchange resin. Methods: The total alkaloids from Uncaria rhynchophylla was used as research index to investigate the technological conditions of total alkaloids extracted from Uncaria rhynchophylla with ion exchange resin. Results: The 732 cation exchange resin was selected and loaded at a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1. The impurities were eluted with 10 BV water and 6 BV 80% ethanol, respectively. Finally, the column was eluted with 1% ammonia 80% ethanol Total vine alkaloids, content of 50%. Conclusion: This method has a simple process and a high total alkali content, which is suitable for industrial production.
