黄色放线菌类羣是根据气生菌丝体白色至黄色,基内菌丝体黄色,黄色素渗透或不渗透到培养基内的培养特征建立的。这样就可以和通常与这个类羣混在一起的气丝灰色的金色类羣区分开来。经过形态和培养特征、生理特性、碳源利用和抗菌作用的研究,把从我国土壤里分离出来的菌株中选出的23株放线菌划分为7个种,其中有5个是新种。文献中尚无黄白色孢子带刺的报道,而我们的黄色刺孢放线菌和顶旋放线菌都具有表面带刺的孢子,这是値得注意的。
The yellow actinomycetes group was established based on the culture characteristics of aerial mycelia white to yellow, mycelial yellow base, permeation or non-penetration of yellow pigment into the medium. This distinguishes it from the gray, gray-colored taxa that are usually mixed with this group. According to the morphological and cultural characteristics, physiological characteristics, carbon source utilization and antibacterial activity, 23 strains of actinomycetes isolated from the soil of our country were divided into 7 species, of which 5 were new species. It is noteworthy that no yellow-white spore spines have been reported in the literature, and that both of our C. spinosum and A. acinar have surface spiny spores.
