目的探讨Clinpro~(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆对青少年正畸牙托槽周围釉质脱矿的影响。方法选取因正畸拔除的健康前磨牙80颗,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组粘接托槽后不加任何处理,观察组粘结托槽的同时涂布Clinpro~(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆;应用环境扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度测量仪、染色法三种方法对实验牙釉质脱矿情况进行检测。结果电子扫描显微镜下可见对照组釉质表面极度粗糙,可见明显的釉质脱矿后的蜂窝状外观;观察组表面较完整,呈鱼鳞状改变;观察组显微硬度结果高于对照组,染色深度值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Clinpro~(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆能有效地预防青少年正畸治疗中的釉质脱矿,适宜在口腔固定正畸临床中使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Clinpro ™ (TM) XT Varnish Fluoride Protective Paint on enamel demineralization around orthodontic tooth brackets in adolescents. Methods 80 healthy premolar teeth extracted from orthodontics were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group, no treatment was applied to the brackets. Clinpro ™ (TM) XT Varnish Fluoro-protective paint was applied while the observation group was glued to the brackets. Three methods of environmental scanning electron microscopy, microhardness measuring instrument and staining The experimental enamel demineralization was tested. Results The scanning electron microscope showed that the surface of the enamel in the control group was extremely rough, and the appearance of honeycombed enamel after demineralization was obvious. The surface of the enamel demineralized group was more complete and showed a fish-like change. The microhardness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinpro ™ XT Varnish Fluoro-Protective Paint can effectively prevent the enamel demineralization during adolescent orthodontic treatment and is suitable for clinical use in oral orthodontics.
