企业文化不是一成不变的,而是随着社会大环境变化和企业发展不断创新和变革。目前我国政治、经济和社会环境和过去相比,都发生了明显而深刻的变化,企业发展面临着诸多新机遇、新挑战和新任务,这都要求企业要高效开展企业文化创新和变革,保持企业文化先进性和引领性。[1]子文化作为企业文化的次属文化。只有根植于生产经营管理领域和基层班组,才能最大限度发挥企业文化的凝聚、导向、激励、约束和辐射作用。[2]
Corporate culture is not immutable, but with the social environment and business development continuous innovation and change. At present, the political, economic and social environments in our country have undergone obvious and profound changes compared with the past. The development of enterprises is facing many new opportunities, new challenges and new tasks. All these require that enterprises carry out innovation and transformation of corporate culture efficiently and keep Corporate culture advanced and leading. Only rooted in the field of production, management and grass-roots team work in order to maximize corporate culture cohesion, orientation, incentive, restraint and radiation role. [2]
