铝压铸模具的主要失效形式是热疲劳。解剖失效模具发现:热疲劳裂纹是穿晶的,存在疲劳辉纹,部分裂纹被铝填充,局部表层有软化。间接地测定了表层的温度。表层与基体间温度梯度的存在及交变,是导致铝压铸模具热疲劳失效的直接因素;铝压铸模具的热疲劳具有高周疲劳的特性,应从高周疲劳的角度来讨论影响模具使用寿命的主要因素及提高寿命的措施。
The main failure mode of aluminum die-casting mold is thermal fatigue. Anatomical failure mold found: thermal fatigue crack is transcrystalline, there is fatigue, some cracks are filled with aluminum, the local surface softening.
