以金刚石颗粒与某些金属材料复合,可以制备出具备高导热、高耐磨、高硬度等突出性能的功能或工程结构材料,在电子元器件、装备制造、轨道交通等领域具有广阔的应用前景。系统地综述了金刚石颗粒作为增强体制备金属基复合材料的特点及研究现状,总结了金刚石颗粒/金属基复合材料的常用制备技术和方法,提出了金刚石颗粒/金属基复合材料研究中存在的问题。
