开发了渣皮厚度监测系统,通过对渣皮的实时监测及时调整高炉操作以保持稳定的挂渣环境,从而得到稳定的渣皮,提高高炉寿命和生产效益。该监测系统已经成功应用于国内某钢厂高炉,并对铜冷却壁操作管理标准制定提供建议。高炉检修期间,通过对残余炉衬与渣皮厚度的实际测量,与监测系统的计算值基本吻合,验证了数学模型的正确性和准确性,可以指导工业生产。
Developed a slag skin thickness monitoring system, through the real-time monitoring of the slag skin blast furnace operation in time to maintain a stable drossing environment, resulting in a stable slag skin, improve the life of the blast furnace and production efficiency. The monitoring system has been successfully applied to a domestic steel mill blast furnace, and the copper stave operation management standards to provide advice. During the overhaul of the blast furnace, the actual measurement of residual lining and slag skin thickness is basically consistent with the calculated value of the monitoring system, which verifies the correctness and accuracy of the mathematical model and can guide the industrial production.
