目的探讨冠心病患者血浆Chemerin水平与高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的相关性。方法行冠状动脉造影术检查的疑诊冠心病患者152例,根据冠脉造影结果分为:冠心病组98例;非冠心病组54例。另外选取健康体检患者30例为对照组。监测血浆Chemerin水平及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度,同时测定各组血压及生化指标。结果冠心病组Chemerin、Hcy、肌酐、空腹血糖水平、收缩压均显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.05),且冠心病、非冠心病组上述指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。三组HHcy发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆Chemerin与高HHcy发生率呈正相关(r=0.30,P<0.05)。结论血浆Chemerin与HHcy发生率正相关,血浆Chemerin及Hcy水平与冠心病发生相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma Chemerin levels and hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 152 patients with suspected coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography were divided into coronary heart disease group (98 cases) and non-coronary heart disease group (54 cases) according to coronary angiography results. In addition, 30 healthy patients were selected as the control group. Plasma Chemerin levels and homocysteine (Hcy) concentrations were monitored, and blood pressure and biochemical parameters were also determined. Results Chemerin, Hcy, creatinine, fasting blood glucose and systolic blood pressure in CHD group were significantly higher than those in non-CHD group (P <0.05), and those in CHD group and non-CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) . The incidence of HHcy among the three groups was significantly different (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between plasma Chemerin and high HHcy incidence (r = 0.30, P <0.05). Conclusions There is a positive correlation between the plasma Chemerin and the incidence of HHcy. The levels of plasma Chemerin and Hcy are correlated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
