在设备维修工件中经常要加工各种不同规格的蜗轮,为满足这一需要,我们利用一台CW 6140车床改装成一台飞刀加工蜗轮的专用设备。一、加工范围: 蜗轮最大直径D_(max)为400毫米; 最大模数M_(max)为8; 最大高度(低端离蜗轮中心)为95毫米; 能满足头数K为1～8; 加工材料为铸铁及有色金属; 齿形为阿基米德螺旋线及延长渐开线。
