班组是企业组织生产经营活动的基本单位,是企业最基层的生产管理组织。班组工作的好坏直接关系到企业生产经营的成败。班组长承上启下,是企业与员工的桥梁、纽带,责任重大。文章结合工作实际,从提高班组长的学习力和综合素质两方面,论述了怎样才能成为一名优秀的班组长。
Team is the basic unit of enterprise production and management activities, is the most basic level of production management organization. Team work is directly related to the success or failure of production and management. Team leader on the link, is a bridge between enterprises and employees, a major responsibility. Combining with the actual work, the article discusses how to become an excellent team leader from two aspects: improving the learning ability and overall quality of team leader.
