针对电子对抗作战能力评估的问题,运用基于层次分析法评估方法,须要求各层次作战能力内部的指标相互独立,不相互影响,而网络层次分析法ANP没有上述的应用局限。以典型的通信对抗分队为例,采用ANP对电子对抗部队作战能力进行评估,建立新的评估指标体系,通过计算极限超矩阵得出各个指标的权重,应用权重结果比较不同指标的重要性,得出的结论对指导电子对抗部队基地训练具有一定的意义。
According to the evaluation of operational capability of electronic warfare, using the AHP-based assessment method requires that the indicators within each level of warfare capability are independent and do not affect each other, whereas the network-level analytic approach ANP does not have the above limitations. Taking the typical communication countermeasure unit as an example, the ANP is used to evaluate the combat capability of the electronic countermeasure unit, and a new evaluation index system is established. The weight of each index is obtained by calculating the limit super matrix. The weight result is used to compare the importance of different indexes. The conclusion is of some significance in guiding the training of the electronic counter-force unit.
