笔者认为新课程目标对我们的学生提出了新的要求,明确了要让学生在亲历数学活动过程中获得关于数学活动的个性化经验.时至今日,尽管新课程标准已实施多年,但笔者在参加教研活动中经常看到一线教师就如何让学生在经历数学活动中生成数学的问题普遍存在“穿新鞋走老路”的现象,本文结合一堂“方差”公开课,谈一些思考.
