研制了一种新的柴油机排气微粒后处理系统 ,采用廉价而可靠的不锈钢丝网作为过滤体 ,利用电晕荷电技术提高不锈钢的过滤效率。通过对不锈钢丝网过滤特性试验结果的研究 ,分析了不锈钢丝网的过滤过程及过滤机理。 6110柴油机台架试验的结果表明 ,电晕荷电技术是提高不锈钢丝网过滤效率的有效手段。由于电晕荷电技术的应用 ,不锈钢丝网成为比其它过滤介质具有更大实用价值的过滤体
A new exhaust gas particle reprocessing system was developed. The cheap and reliable stainless steel mesh was used as filter body, and the corona charging technology was used to improve the filtration efficiency of stainless steel. Through the research of stainless steel mesh filtration characteristics test results, the filtration process and filtration mechanism of stainless steel mesh were analyzed. 6110 Diesel bench test results show that the corona charging technology is to improve the stainless steel mesh filtration efficiency of the effective means. Due to the application of corona charging technology, stainless steel wire mesh filter becomes more practical than other filter media
