内洋地黄素是体内产生和分泌的一种具有洋地黄样生物活性因子,是钠泵抑制剂和洋地黄受体的内源性介质,具有强心、利尿和缩血管等作用。近年来研究发现,内洋地黄素的分泌异常参与高血压、急性心肌梗死、心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌缺血再灌注损伤等疾病的发病机制和病理生理过程。因此,阐明内洋地黄素在心肌缺血性疾病中的作用及其抗体在保护和治疗心肌缺血性疾病都具有重要意义。
Endoxin is produced and secreted in vivo with digitalis-like bioactive factor, is a sodium pump inhibitor and digitalis endogenous receptors, with cardiac, diuretic and vasoconstrictor effects. In recent years, studies have found that abnormal secretion of endoxin is involved in the pathogenesis and pathophysiological processes of hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and other diseases. Therefore, to clarify the role of endoxin in myocardial ischemic disease and its antibodies in the protection and treatment of myocardial ischemic disease are of great significance.
