A type of insulin resistance syndrome (TAIRS) is a rare type of insulin resistance syndrome, autosomal recessive inheritance is due to insulin receptor gene mutations affect insulin and insulin receptor binding, resulting in insulin dysfunction, triggering a series of physiological And pathological abnormalities eventually resulting disease. Clinically rare, with severe insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, androgen hyperactivity disease and acanthosis nigricans characterized. There is no clear diagnostic criteria, the reported cases are mainly based on their clinical symptoms and insulin receptor gene diagnosis. There is no radical cure in treatment to improve insulin resistance and relieve symptoms.
