Acute leukemia combined with central nervous system leukemia (CNSL) is the main cause of death and relapse after remission. It is difficult for the treatment and long-term survival of leukemia patients. The incidence of central nervous system leukemia is reported in the literature to be 50% to 70% [1]. Therefore, prevention and treatment of central nervous system leukemia is the key to improving the survival rate and cure rate of acute leukemia. 10 years in our hospital
