蒸发式冷凝器的研究及设计方法

蒸发式冷凝器是将冷凝器和凉水塔组合在一起的放热设备。在国外,它已成为应用普遍的产品,但国内只在引进装置中有几台这种设备。针对这种情况,本文作者与大连冷冻机厂协作研究了以下课题:(1)通过实验研究,实测系列产品在不同气象条件和冷凝温度下能提供的放热量;(2)由实验测得符合实际情况的传热关联式为设计提供依据;(3)提出一种实用的蒸发冷凝器的设计方法。本文就是以上几个课题的总结。 An evaporative condenser is an exothermic device that combines a condenser with a cooling tower. Abroad, it has become a popular product, but only in the introduction of several devices in the country. In response to this situation, the author and Dalian Freezer Factory collaborative research the following topics: (1) through experimental research, measured series of products in different meteorological conditions and condensation temperature can provide the heat; (2) measured by the experiment The actual heat transfer correlation provides the basis for the design. (3) A practical design method of evaporative condenser is proposed. This article is a summary of the above topics.
