目的:研究人工晶体植入术后的屈光动态变化。方法:对42眼施行白内障现代囊外摘除术,同期植入后房型人工晶体,测量术前、术后不同时期术眼的屈光变化。结果:术后1周平均裸眼视力02,3个月时视力为05。术后不同时期球镜度数变化不显著(P>005)。角膜的屈光变化以术后1个月内明显,手术后存在不同程度的散光。结论:常规切口术后散光不可避免,不同性质的散光术中可采取不同的对策,屈光状态在术后1个月内有显著变化,提示术后可选择适当的时期进行补救措施,以减少散光。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of refractive power after intraocular lens implantation. Methods: In 42 eyes underwent extracapsular cataract extraction, implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) was performed in the same period. The refractive changes of the eyes were measured before and after surgery. Results: The average naked visual acuity was 02 at 1 week after operation, and the visual acuity was 05 at 3 months. There were no significant changes in the degree of spherical at different stages after operation (P> 005). Corneal refractive changes within 1 month after surgery significantly different degree of postoperative astigmatism. CONCLUSION: Conventional astigmatism is inevitable. Astigmatism with different characteristics may take different measures. Refractive status may change significantly within 1 month after operation, suggesting that appropriate remedial measures may be taken after surgery to reduce astigmatism.
