本文引入客户关系管理理念,以系统性、集团性客户为突破点,积极探索面向全部法人客户的“信贷法人客户方案管理”模式,力求研究这种管理模式的可持续性及普遍适用性,进一步细化实施过程中的关键环节,操作方法,最终建立一套流程化信贷管理模型,使其在农业银行精细化管理中发挥功效,并进而融入客户关系管理总体战略之中。
