目的通过调查在校医学生的饮食行为对体质指数(BMI)的影响,为提高其营养健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的饮食行为调查问卷,对曲靖医学高等专科学校1 041名医学生进行问卷调查。同时测量身高、体重,并计算BMI,采用BMI评价学生营养状况。结果医学生中消瘦137人(13.16%)、正常789人(75.79%)、超重及肥胖115人(11.05%);在消瘦中,女生高于男生,而超重及肥胖中男生高于女生;影响医学生BMI的因素与性别、民族、母亲体型、饮食规律、吃零食、辣味、甜味、烧烤类食品、挑食有关,其中最为密切的是吃甜味食品。结论该校学生营养均衡意识淡薄,存在多种不健康饮食行为,应加强健康饮食行为宣教。
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary behaviors on body mass index (BMI) in medical students in order to provide a scientific basis for improving their nutrition and health. Methods Questionnaire of self-designed diet behavior was used to survey 10441 medical students in Qujing Medical College. At the same time, height and weight were measured, BMI was calculated and BMI was used to evaluate students’ nutritional status. Results The weight loss of medical students was 137 (13.16%), normal 789 (75.79%), overweight and obesity 115 (11.05%). In wasting, girls were higher than boys and overweight and obese boys were higher than girls Medical students BMI factors and gender, ethnicity, mother size, diet, eating snacks, spicy, sweet, barbecue food, picky eaters, the most closely is to eat sweet foods. Conclusion The students have a low awareness of nutritional balance and many unhealthy eating behaviors. Health education should be strengthened.
