超声萃取一柱色谱法分离鉴定乌桕叶抑螺活性成分

根据笔者前期研究结果,乌桕叶乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位具有较强的抑螺活性.为分离鉴定乌桕叶中的抑螺活性物质,采用超声波辅助溶剂提取、溶剂分步萃取和多种柱层析联用等方法从乌桕叶乙醇提取物中分离得到多个单体化合物,依据化合物的理化性质和波谱学特征,鉴定出3个黄酮类化合物,分别为山柰酚、槲皮素和异槲皮苷,均为首次从该植物中得到.
