针对油气井密闭式起爆器在应用过程中出现泄流孔道不畅、甚至堵死的问题,研制出一种新型的可循环密闭式起爆器。这种密闭式起爆器基于先射孔再开孔的设计思路,利用滑块封堵密闭式起爆器管体上的通孔,在后期作业中,采用地面打压的方式,使油管套管连通。通过室内实验得出,这种密闭式起爆器能够正常作业,并在承受20 MPa压力的情况下,能将被滑块封堵的通孔完全打开,使油管套管形成一个完整的通路。该密闭式起爆器在马623块的现场已应用5井次,均能正常工作。研究结果表明,在使用了这种密闭式起爆器后,能够进行正常的洗井、压井作业,为之后起下管柱的安全提供了极大的保障。
Aimed at the problem that the closed-end detonator of oil and gas well has the problem of poor drainage hole and even blockage in the process of application, a new type of reclosable closed detonator has been developed. This closed-end detonator based on the first perforation re-open hole design ideas, the use of slide block closed detonator tube body through-hole, in the latter part of the operation, the use of ground pressure to make the tubing connected. Through laboratory experiments, this closed-end detonator can work normally and can fully open the through hole blocked by the slider under the pressure of 20 MPa, so that the tubing casing forms a complete path. The closed detonator in the horse 623 block has been the scene of 5 wells, can work properly. The results show that the use of this closed-end detonator, the normal washing wells, killing operations, after which the safety of the lower column has provided great protection.
