介绍了建筑外保温材料移动检测平台的设计及可行的设计方案。检测平台设计主要包括底盘选择、平台布局、集成设计及可靠性设计四部分内容。本文给出平台布局方案,完成了供配电系统、空调系统、照明系统、现场网络系统、视频监控系统、排烟除烟系统的相关计算及系统设计。系统的对移动检测平台进行了可靠性设计,包括整车重心位置及轴载设计、消防安全设计、人员安全设计、避雷接地设计、防尘防雨设计及隔振缓冲设计。
The design and feasible design scheme of mobile inspection platform for building exterior insulation materials are introduced. Test platform design includes chassis selection, platform layout, integrated design and reliability design of four parts. In this paper, the platform layout scheme is given, and the related calculation and system design of power supply and distribution system, air conditioning system, lighting system, on-site network system, video monitoring system and smoke exhaust system are completed. The reliability design of the mobile detection platform is carried out, including the vehicle center of gravity and axle load design, fire safety design, personnel safety design, lightning grounding design, dustproof and rainproof design and vibration isolation buffer design.
