目的探讨大肠癌中MMP-9、TIMP-2、nm23、CD 44、E-Cadherin、Integrin的表达及病理因素与大肠癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术及免疫组化方法检测有淋巴结转移的大肠癌与无淋巴结转移的大肠癌中的MMP-9、TIMP-2、nm23、CD 44、E-Cadherin、Integrin的表达。结果 TIMP-2和E-Cadhern的表达在两组间有差异(P<0.05),它们与淋巴结转移呈负相关,E-Cadherin与转移的关系更密切。大肠癌的淋巴结转移还与分化程度有关。结论检测大肠癌中TIMP-2和E-Cadherin的表达对预测其淋巴结转移及病人预后有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-9, TIMP-2, nm23, CD44, E-Cadherin, Integrin and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-9, TIMP-2, nm23, CD44, E-Cadherin and Integrin in colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of TIMP-2 and E-Cadher were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). The expression of TIMP-2 and E-Cadher was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis, and the relationship between E-Cadherin and metastasis was closer. Lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer is also related to the degree of differentiation. Conclusion The detection of TIMP-2 and E-Cadherin expression in colorectal cancer is important for predicting lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
