目的探讨脑膜瘤手术后复发的原因。方法报告１０例ＳｉｍｐｓｏｎⅠ级切除脑膜瘤术后复发的患者，并再次行手术，脑瘤标本作病理检查。结果本组均为大脑凸面脑膜瘤，首次手术后病理证实均为纤维细胞型，按ＷＨＯ脑膜瘤分级，良性８例，非典型性２例。术后３月～４年相继复发。病理证实恶变４例。结论脑膜瘤术后复发与肿瘤切除不彻底及肿瘤的恶性程度有关
Objective To investigate the causes of recurrent meningioma after operation. Methods Ten patients with recurrent Simpson grade Ⅰ meningiomas were retrospectively reviewed. Surgical and brain tumor samples were used for pathological examination. Results The patients were all meningioma of the brain. The pathological findings after the first operation were all fibrocytes. According to WHO classification of meningiomas, 8 were benign and 2 were atypical. After 3 months to 4 years have relapsed. Pathological confirmed malignant transformation in 4 cases. Conclusion The recurrence of meningioma is not related to the incomplete tumor resection and the malignancy of the tumor
