本文扼要地介绍了我们所建立的二级涡轮增压、二级中冷、旁通补燃(Hyperbar)的6135柴油机实验台,及在其上进行的理论及实验研究工作,使该机功率由110 kW提高到265kW,以及初步摸索出的自循环启动及性能参数配合的一些规律性.根据我们所建立的性能模拟计算模型及程序,计算结果与实验结果能较好地吻合,证明了程序的可用性.文章还进一步论证了旁通补燃动力涡轮复合式发动机实现的可能性及条件.
This article briefly introduces the experimental platform of 6135 diesel engine with secondary turbocharger, secondary intermediate cooling, and bypassing Hyperbar, and the theoretical and experimental research carried out on it, 110kW to 265kW, as well as some regularities of self-cycle startup and performance parameters that are initially explored.According to the performance simulation calculation model and the program we established, the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, Availability.The article also further demonstrates the possibility and conditions of the bypass co-combustion power turbine hybrid engine.
