为了解单个蚊虫对有机磷杀虫剂抗性基因分布频率,本实验采用滤纸片法测定单个蚊虫抗性酯酶活性;并用CS-9000岛津双波长飞点扫描仪求得积分值。观察了江苏省代表地区淡色库蚊羽化第三天雌性成虫对有机磷杀虫剂酯酶活性。同时了解对有机磷和拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的抗性情况。现将初步结果报告如下。1.东海淡色库蚊单个蚊虫滤纸片酯酶活性实验结果为淡色;酯酶积分值在0~999占85.7%;1000~1999占14.3%。其聚集度为微~低。群体生物测定该蚊四龄早期幼虫对敌百虫、马拉硫磷和二氯苯醚菊酯的LC50分别为0.47ppm、0.25ppm和0.0015ppm。
In order to understand the frequency of organophosphate insecticide resistance gene distribution in a single mosquito, single mosquito resistance esterase activity was measured by the filter paper method. The integral value was calculated by CS-9000 Shimadzu dual-wavelength fly-point scanner. The esterase activity of organophosphate insecticides in adult female adults on the third day after emergence of Culex pipiens pallens in representative area of Jiangsu Province was observed. Also understand the resistance to organophosphate and pyrethroid insecticides. The preliminary results are reported below. 1. The results of esterase activity of single mosquito filter paper of Culex pipiens pallens from the East China Sea were light color. The esterase scores were 85.7% in 0 ~ 999 and 14.3% in 1000 ~ 1999. Its degree of aggregation is micro-low. Population bioassay The LC50 of the fourth instar early larvae to trichlorfon, malathion and permethrin were 0.47 ppm, 0.25 ppm and 0.0015 ppm, respectively.
