针对传统“建筑材料实验”课程的不足,对建筑材料实验课程的教学内容进行了补充,完善了课程的考核方法,并将课程改革与学校实验技能竞赛相结合,激发学生学习热情,促进学生创新能力的培养。通过麦可思公司毕业生就业情况数据对建筑材料实验教学改革情况进行了统计,结果表明,经过教学改革的2011~2013年3个年级的学生,毕业后无论是继续学习还是工作,都表现出优异的工作能力和良好的专业素养,获得了导师和用人单位的良好评价。
In the light of the deficiency of the traditional experiment of building materials, this paper complements the teaching content of the experimental course of building materials, improves the assessment method of the curriculum, and combines the curriculum reform with the experimental skills competition in schools to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and promote Cultivation of Students’ Creative Ability. According to the data of the employment status of the graduates of the company, statistics on the experimental teaching reform of building materials were carried out. The results show that after the teaching reform, students in the third grade from 2011 to 2013 graduated from either continuing or working experience Excellent work ability and good professionalism, access to the mentors and employers a good evaluation.
